Jose G Teodoro, PhD

Jose G Teodoro, PhD, is a Virologist and Cancer Biologist at the Goodman Cancer Center and an Assistant Professor in the Department of Biochemistry, Faculty of Medicine at McGill University. His research focuses on identifying novel pathways that regulate angiogenesis. He also researches viral mechanisms of cell death and how such pathways can be harnessed to specifically destroy cancer cells. Research in Dr Teodoro’s laboratory is supported by operating grants from the Canadian Institute of Health Research and an infrastructure grant from the Canada Foundation for Innovation. Dr Teodoro received his PhD from McGill University and performed post-doctoral studies at the University of Massachusetts Medical School.
