Activity Overview

This interactive patient case simulation is designed to support risk stratification and treatment decision-making in HR+, HER2− EBC.

Through a series of clinicopathological assessments and guided questions, learners can explore how factors including tumor grade, tumor size, nodal involvement, and disease stage may influence recurrence risk and eligibility for adjuvant CDK4/6 inhibitor therapy. The simulation reinforces the importance of identifying patients with N1 disease and additional high-risk features who may otherwise be overlooked in clinical practice.

Embedded links throughout the activity direct learners to the accompanying expert videos and infographic resources to further explore trial data, patient identification strategies, and practical management considerations.

  • Evaluate lymph node involvement and additional high-risk features in patients with 1–3 positive lymph nodes to assess risk of disease recurrence and guide treatment strategies
  • Assess which patients may benefit from the addition of a CDK4/6 inhibitor and formulate individualized treatment plans to optimize treatment selection
